Comment:I would like to invite your attention on the term "business" i think it's any Halal investment (means of production/ income generation source) e.g. irrgation land, a factory and the like, this investment is exempt from NISAB calculation rather economic income generated by these businesses is part of NISAB. My question is a person is investing in other movable items e.g. stocks, mutual funds, constructed a plaza to rent it out etc. These are the investments from which income may arrive in two forms 1) revenue nature and 2) a capital nature due to rise in their property rates. Here, wether we should take total invested amount for NISAB (which may have already been earned after paying ZAKAT) or only income derived therefrom, or both.
