Good points. Another to add is to be a little discreet about performing prayers. While it is definitely inexcusable to skip the salat, maybe one should pray before getting to the airport or when you get to your hotel. Gone are the days when you can pray behind the gate ticket counter and only have to deal with the curious stares of some passengers. Now people will think that you are performing some sort of pre-kamikazee mission ceremony.
