Al-Qari: Connecting Words:
Connecting words is not just putting words next to each other. In recitation it effects the way two connecting words will be pronounced along with its vowels. Some times it involves combining or dropping sound of an ending letter of a word with the beginning letter of the next word or emphasizing it.
