Al-Qari: Short Surahs:

Since most Muslims memorize the short surahs of Quran along with the first chapter, Al-Fatihah, Al-Qari uses the words and ayahs (verses) from these surahs extensively. All short surahs come with the English translation. Each word of the Quran or its translation brings you the proper sound of that word.

Clicking on any word brings up a word dialog box which gives transliteration of that word and it's English translation, and shows all individual letters and sounds in the sequence which constitutes that word.

At the bottom of the screen shot of Al-Qari below you will find the list of short surahs used. Clicking on any of these surahs in the actual program will take you to that surah. All these surahs and word are recited by Shaikh Jamal Saeed.

Short Surahs at the end of the Quran and al-Fatihah are repeated twice in Al-Qari. The second time they appear is in the fine recitation of late Qari Abdul Basit with Madani script.
