Pandemic

Begining of Ramadan will very likely begin with the continuing pandemic, and the resulting physical isolation. That means we need to make arrangements now to figure out how we will get the best out of this blessed month in this unique circumstance, especially with our Masjids closed.

Fake news and misinformation about Coronavirus has mushroomed in various forms: 

About 25% of those who died in the UK from Coronavirus are Muslims. At this moment, the UK parliament is considering a law which will cremate all dead bodies.

There is no replacement of Juma khutba and Juma prayers in the masjid.

As our Masjids and Islamic centres become deserted over the next few days due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it’s a golden opportunity for community organization and Masjid boards, managements, Imams, and volunteers to think out of the box.
