In these difficult times, when the faith of our children is challenged and when holding on to faith is like holding onto a hot coal, engaging with our youth is, now more than ever, an honorable way to live the immaculate Prophetic example

Involving the youth in your organization is dependent on both physical space allotted for their use and the cultural attitude which your organization and the people in it find themselves in. 

The United States has a system of challenging hate speech through a socio-political process which isolates and shames hatemongers. This is what was done to the KKK. That is how anti-Semitism and racism were ultimately deemed unacceptable in the mainstream media.

Many Muslim organizations have made significant strides in including more women on their boards, in Masjid committees, and in various other capacities. However, those who are mothers find the door closed to them due not to their gender, but because of the limitations specific to their current life situation.

Young Muslims are in crisis. Not only are they experiencing the normal ups and downs emotionally and physically, they are also dealing with tremenous anti-Muslim prejudice. These are suggested ways Imams can help.
