Most of us don’t get enough sleep. During the mornings, we struggle to get up from our beds. Later in the day, we have periods of drowsiness. At night, we can’t wait to crawl between the comforters. When we don’t get enough sleep, our productivity often suffers.

My life as a stay-at-home mother transformed when the pandemic lockdowns began in March 2020. What may have seemed like daunting days ahead full of cranky children, a messy house, and loneliness, turned out to be an unexpectedly joyous time.

Self-conflict refers to a state of internal disagreement or tension within oneself, often arising from conflicting goals, beliefs, or values.

Islamic centers are undergoing a diverse and dynamic transformation as different generations are coming together to make up today’s growing Muslim community.

As a teacher mentor and supervisor, I often would engage teachers in case studies of common parent-teacher conflicts. We would read from the scripts while role playing.
