Pregnancy is a memorable time in a woman’s life. While mothers tend to focus on their health and the baby’s growth, oral hygiene usually gets omitted. However, a smile that is usually perceived as an easy expression reflects deeper health and well-being.

In Islam, we do not restrict respect and love for our mothers to one occasion. Every day offers an opportunity to exhibit good behaviour towards our mothers. Truly, Islam has a big importance on their position and provides clear instructions on how to treat mothers well throughout our lives.

Muharram is a significant and important month. Muharram itself is the first month of the Islamic calendar and is often met with passing interest by the Muslim community as simply a day to  reflect and change the date on the calendar.
